when you put someone on the books that includes workers comp in case they get hurt, at least in my state it does. if you wish to have them insured in case they damage a neighbors house that would be seperate,talk to your insurance agent about that. personally i am more concerned about them getting hurt than i am damaging my house or a neighbors house,i have had an employee get hurt but never had an employee cause damage --38.248.xx.xx

All states require workers compensation insurance. Most payroll services bundle the insurance in their services for an extra fee.
