It was my pleasure to speak for the first time at this year's Mr. Landlord convention. I presented some ideas about having less drama with contractors, and it was REALLY COOL to meet people who had already bought my book before the convention. "Build Real Estate Wealth" is available on the Mr. Landlord site at a discount by the way.
It was also a pleasure to meet several of the other regular posters on this forum. Brad let me take his Rolls for a spin, and later he told me I was the first person to drive it without him in the car. Ulp! --184.56.xx.xxx |

A copy of your book will be headed to Japan this week. My cousin's kid has four doors and hires a property manager while he is stationed overseas. I wanted to make sure he is aware of all the moving pieces of the puzzle that you are SUPPOSED to be doing.
