A couple of additional ideas were popping into my head as I was listening to the current speaker. Where this will probably not much sense if you didn’t see the power point and hear the speaker.
Next time I attend a yard sale in my neighborhood, I will ask - why are you having the yard sale ?
I might also buy my local exterminator a box of donuts I might want to know that bed bug house list after all

I assume this presentation was on pest control?
I assume the thought might be that the yard sale is because they are getting rid of infested furniture, or even because of being asked to move for the same?

I do not frequent yard sales, but I definitely see an in there. Easy enough to use the yard sale as an opener to find out what could be going on.

I also furnish my mid-term leases thru yard sales, and always ask when I go to one, if they have any furniture to sell as well (if I don’t see any, but it’s kind of an extensive looking sale to me). 5 out of 10 times, oh yes we do, come in the house and let me show you! And they take me into their house just like that. I find amazing furniture for great prices (especially if you’re a good negotiator like my friend is that I take with me).
