In less than 15 minutes into the convention, I have three points in how to reduce the amount of drama in the business.

It is always so easy to whine and or complain when things don’t go right and blame others . Only problem is many folks find themselves stuck in second gear and refuse to invest in themselves. I am sorry that they are not willing to invest in themselves
