May have mentioned 4 year tenants, 2 gf's, late on rent and I messaged on the 6th (20 miles away). Tried calling on the 7th/texted. Finally e-mailed me she was gone, GF is PG.
(She already had a child so I wasn't too surprised at this development) So we mailed notices, posted required 5 day pay or quit, then at last minute Sunday night I get a Happy Mother's Day e-mail explaining how she's been sick, can't work but new relationship, he has a job can I work with them? I said no, get your parent's to call us. We know she will need help moving out they are a couple hours away.
We went for the warrant yesterday because I know she is all promises and no do. Parents called yesterday and we told them she is in a bind and needs help when can they come? Not for 2 weeks they work, more blah blah. Court date is 5/28!!! IF deputy picked it up this morning to serve. I mailed with proof of mailing yesterday and post mistress said she was holding it for local mail going out today.
I never got a date this fast before. Unless he misses serving today then it will be later. Has to be 10 business days. --216.126.xx.xxx |

It's time to sever communication until after the court date. No you won't work with them. Also, on your poq, you should have verbiage about accepting rent with reservation, meaning that even if they pay up you can still get possession back. --165.85.xxx.xxx |

Jason, I don't believe the new form has that on there, and the one that does have it, has outdated statutes, so it's no good. In any regard, it's a moot point, not getting any more money out of these birds. Just be so glad to get them out, BF must not be really really involved or the ask for rent sent him packing. Don't really care, going through so much right now, the other lady I asked to leave at end of last month told me to F myself today when I asked her what day she'd be out. My best friend's daughter that promised me I'd never be sorry I rented to her. I really hate it when they say that. --216.126.xx.xxx |

Jason in MA once we start the nonpayment eviction process any monies received can still be accepted without derailing the eviction process provide we give them a receipt stating that money is being accepted for use & occupancy only. Of course if they pay the entire amount the case is generally considered over. --71.174.xx.xx |
