Almost 4 year tenants gone bad, good one is one that always leaves sadly. Moral of the story, never accept an unmarried couple that one you know has real problem.
Question, I notice new forms online have a different law # (55.1-1251) compared to my old notice #55-225, & 55-248.31.
Guess I need to throw old ones away?
It also includes a "Declaration page", do you Va landlords attach this page to notice, or is it just to give to Judge at court? --216.126.xx.xxx |

First question is have you provided them with the tenant rights and responsibilities document? If not, you can't file for eviction until 30 days after they receive it. --137.83.xxx.xx |

Generally, the declaration page is not attached to the initial notice you serve on the tenant. The initial notice simply informs the tenant of the issue and the required action. --137.83.xxx.xx |
