I have heard the horror stories where a tenant there can file a grievance about the property and then the LL can not file eviction for 30 days or some such. Pro-deadbeats can drag these things out for very long periods of time. --107.147.xx.xx

I’m not sharing that here. All I know is, if you’re 3 years into this, you’re doing something MAJORLY wrong and there may be some other big problems within your business as well.
