Code Enforcement Again (by Robert J [CA]) Posted on: Mar 14, 2025 12:26 PM

Since the Code Enforcement is not there to protect tenants, it is a money making enterprise to line the pockets of City Employee's. As a contractor I can't do things the way they wanted them done. So as punishment, they had the State pull one of my licenses. Without it, I can not do the work to my properties myself, I have to hire outsiders.

But with my remaining licenses, I pull several demolition permits, to bulldoze and remove the Inspector, Chief Inspector, General Managers and Police Officers house.

I got a call from the City attorney. I thanked him since I forgot about his part in my downfall. Then online while taking to the City attorney, I pull a demo permit on his home. I said, since I'm no longer allowed to work on my properties, I'll spend my time working on City owned stuff. Taking them down to the ground.

I have a large dozier parked and ready to roll. --47.155.xx.xx

Conversation reported to webmaster... again.

How much longer is Mr. Landlord to tolerate his insane, illegal ramblings? This is like the third thing in a few months time he's posted threatening public officials by doing illegal stuff.

There comes a point... or there should come a point. We'll see. I'm sure if he used a verboten word once or twice his profile would get blocked.... but tearing down City officials houses? That's apparently a-kay.

If anyone calls 911, or the police direct dispatch number, they will be on HOLD for 20 to 30 minutes, before a second recording starts. "WE are sorry we couldn't take your call, if you get disconnected, you can call back at another time". --47.155.xx.xx

I have a solution for those who do not enjoy Robert's posts -- skip them! His stories sometimes help lighten my day a little bit. (I also skim the Babylon Bee.) --71.38.xx.xxx

How long have you guys been on the internet? If Robert J ever actually did any of the things he fantasizes about, he'd be world-famous. If anyone ever read his ramblings and decided to copy him, they are more insane than he is.

Let him fantasize. We've all wanted to bulldoze a house or two in our time...or an inspector...or a tenant...or a Karen or a Chad...haven't we? --72.82.xx.xx

If any of you follow my local news, several L.A. Councilmen have be charged and convicted of major crimes. Since the early 1990's, it is standard practice for those making good money at real jobs to go into politics. Why would an attorney making between 2 to 5 million a year take a $400,000 city job? Because they can rack in tens of millions a year in bribes. The Police, FBI, City Attorney, Mayor, City Counsel and other are on the take.

The City provides free legal aid so no landlord can evict a tenant who does not want to pay rent. I can not just sit back and loose millions to games politicians. I have to fight back, using their tactics. --47.155.xx.xx

I have many contractor trade licenses that I spread between license numbers. This way when I'm told to do things wrong and refuse to comply, I get reported to the State Contractor Board for review. The Mayor, City Counsel, City Attorney are great liars. Since I won't pay bribes for "non jobs", this is how they treat me. They can't get in trouble so they don't care about the fall out.

Being an A, B and C contractor with Plumbing, Electrical and other trades and certifications -- they turned off my "B" license because I refused to do painting without using safe practices. I got in the mail today a replacement "B" license, instead of a sole individual license, I got a corporate one instead. --47.155.xx.xx

Robert J should write a "dealing with landlord hostile local governments" book the way the "Section 8 Bible" addresses Section 8.

I could see the first chapter now, dress up as a homeless person carrying a propane torch, and light up every Councilman's address. Burn all their houses down.
