I am in talks with several possible instructors for the following topics. The goal of this Convention is to give rental owners several strategies they can implement to greatly increase your cash flow and profit with less and less day-to-day tenant headaches and drama.

Increasing Cash Flow

Utilizing 1031 Exchanges

Under MTR's, a good discussion may be how to evaluate a location for the potential - whether it would work well as a MTR.

What do these people want? (Hint: not a good school zone)

Also some differences (I've discovered) in SOP vs LTR - particularly lower income LTR --72.218.xx.xxx
