Message:

Yes, for reasons others have stated.

If your budget is not allowing for you to afford utilities, you may want to look at areas where you may could cut cost on spending for things that are for pleasure and not need. If there isn't any way to fix that budget than you should find a cheaper place to live.

However, given that you are asking this question leads me to believe that you have already been given an eviction notice. If they have given you a time to cure the situation than cure it. If they just want you to move than move. Also read your lease as that will help guide you. If you move, be sure to read that lease as well and refer back to it as questions come up. --73.19.xxx.xx

Question (by Ray-N-Pa [PA]) Posted on: Mar 9, 2025 8:22 PM
Message:

There are only three power grids in America. East coast, west coast and Texas. Because they have there own grid, you have your own rules.

Just the same, how do you propose you prove it is healthy living without power for three months? You are in Texas- I am thinking AC might come in handy real soon.

So what gives? Why are you fighting the system when you know that southern heat is weeks away. I do hope you don't have children living in these conditions. --174.131.xxx.xxx

For whatever reason, it seems when tenants come here and ask questions, most never reply back with a thank you or anything. --73.19.xxx.xx
