What are the best ways to list a property?

If it is websites, please advise as to which ones you find most successful.

I have had a property listed for a month now and I have gotten maybe a handful of calls on it.

The best bangs for your buck are Zillow and Zumper. Do their paid version. They will syndicate the listing out to their subsidiaries, which you can get a full list of with a quick Google search.

I would suggest you look at the total number of comparable listings on each of the major platforms for your area. Marketing is a very local thing and which platforms are the best varies greatly in different parts of the country.

In my market (TX Panhandle) the one with the most listings currently (thus the most traffic) is Facebook Marketplace by far but just down the highway in another city a couple of hours away Zillow draws in much more traffic so it is very specific to the local market. --209.205.xxx.xx

We live in a squatter friendly state so I won't advertise with anyone who won't /can't mask the exact street number.

Zillow and Craigslist are the only ones that can mask the exact street address by giving an area/ cross street. --64.246.xxx.xx
