I didn't know a score could go this low: 365 and 543.
BUT that's not the actual score, that's the *AI* score. So this may be the source of the trouble on that HUD thread. AI is generating a SCORE on a total package - but it's not a CREDIT score although I thought it was. It was so low, though, I was really puzzled.
BUT not bad credit on these two: NO credit. She has one medical bill that I bet she doesn't even know about, it's a pittance. And he has nothing.
He's an up and coming plumber (cha ching) and she's a waitress at one of our more expensive restaurants. Together they make really good money.
They need each other's income to reach the required income score, but we already knew that.

Using an AI credit score is a stretch at this point. Untested, inconsistent, and fraught with questions about if it is applying logic consistently in a legal way.
It would be interesting to compare the AI number to the FICO, is there even a standard scale for the AI numbers?

It is generated as a "Real Page score." Then the real Equifax "credit" score is listed lower down. Still very low, but because of NO credit not bad credit. --173.28.xx.xxx |

I've taken applicants with no score before. It just comes back not enough information to give a score. Everything about them was excellent except that they never used credit and things like electric bill were paid on time, so never got reported to the credit bureaus.
They were wonderful tenants and I was sad to see them go when he took a better paying job out-of-state. --76.178.xxx.xxx |

That would never happen in Canada as if you out of job or a millionaire you get medical coverage as there is universal medical care. Now there is problem with doctors due to the bureaucratic non sense where Newfoundland and Labrador foreign doctors trade to international standards can practice. This year there is going to change in government as more than more likely the Liberals are out than the progressive Conservatives will win with a majority government which means legislation is passed with no say from the other 4 opposition parties. In the doctors office the doctor left where had to fill out some forms for new doctor. I can see the difference the way two doctors operate where the new doctor is from Australia who more intensive on tests. The only you pay for is for parking where have been through many intensive operations at the hospital along with intensive tests. Last year had a private medical procedure where the private in for one hour than have someone drive you home where the hospital three days along with 20 per cent chance of complications then have been back to hospital many times where all visits covered along very low cost for medications. If one of main reasons why we would not become the 51st state is would not be under a system that insurance companies deny coverage. One time sitting at the hospital the person next to me was well off where like all people who are well off hold on to money. For landlord having low credit score is a disaster as insurance rates along being to get short term loans.
