Not in the industry, nor am I Map, but I just had a Trane heat pump installed.
My HVAC guy used Ducane for years thru a local supply house. He said he could go direct with Trane for cheaper. They ship to his door.
Only had this one running a couple months. Besides a defrost t-stat that was laying on the bottom of the unit it has been a good deal.
That said the only other heat pump I have is a Ducane. Been in service maybe a couple years and I have heard nothing bad about it from the tenants. --107.147.xx.xx |

We prefer Mitsubishi units. We have a Samsung and a Mitsu in our own house and the Mitsu is great but the app leaves a lot to be desired. --64.246.xxx.xx |
