The CRT is part of the living trust. Land trust feed the living trust, when you pass - the living trust kicks in. It will allow you to pass your money on to things that really matter to you. The CRT allows you to fund those non-profits while you are still alive typically via fixed term life insurance --173.188.x.xxx
