HD typically has an appliance Black Friday special of some type. Last year it was buy six appliances and get a $1,000 rebate. This year's special is even better. More so, there is a small software hole in the system that i want to share with others.

This year's special going on NOW and until December 4th, get that $1,000 rebate when you buy four different types of appliances (Can't be a washer or a drier) each over $248 in price. What they are trying to get you to do is to buy dish washer, stove, frig and over the range microwave suite. You can mix and match manufactures and colors/finishes. Not all colors or finishes are priced the same. But their is a small glitch in the system. They are offering a frig from Frigidaire, 17 cu/ft for only $478 which alone is a good price. . If you order them in white, you can get four of them for $1,000 out the door with free delivery.

My order was a stove, one GE frig in black and two of the Frigidaire's and it was about $1,100.

I believe in implementing a systems approach where I install the same equipment over and over again. For me that has meant GE frigs and stoves. But if I can get these at 60% off, I will do just that. I do like that made in America that GE has, but at that price point, I can steer off that trail for a bargain.

I like the idea of new fridges at $250 each. The new place could use new appliances to help sell it, or I could put slightly used ones in and replace my inventory with new units.

I am hoping we can still do this again. I plan on picking up four more pieces after the local grocery store has their Black Friday gift card special so I can get more free gas. I try to stack these deals on top of one another.

How far off of the turnpike are you? I may be rolling through Indiana for the Christmas holiday. I can load up the truck if you are not too far away.

That SKU says it is for tile. Maybe it's an Indiana thing? Ha

Never could get all four of the same fridge on the order.

I do have two of them as well as an Amana oven and a GE over the range microwave.
