Trying to figure out if there is something my mid-term residents would actually want to take with them - to help them remember my place & tell others about it, as they travel around the country & perhaps meet someone who is coming here.
So what do you think someone may want?
Can cozy?
Big magnetic clip (chip clip that can stick on the frig)?
Thanks

DJ,
My friend who is an Airbnb pro always desorates a wall for great selfies and encourages people to post their pic.
She made a cute sign to hold "I (heart) DJ's Farm House"
This will stay on their FB or Instagram forever.
AND expose it to their friends.
I think some of the best is to keep them on a email and text list. Great Wolf Lodge is ALWAYS sending me deals off my next stay.
More people read texts than emails. I use Simpletexting.com for text blasts.

I also highly encourage an online exit survey. Survey monkey.com They spend a few minutes recalling your place and service after they get home,
and you get usable feedback.
"99.9% rate us EXCELLENT!"

How about a coffee mug or T-shirt. Either one you can get printed for less than $10. One side says DJ's farm house and the other is a picture of whatever is cool in your county - a covered bridge, The 1800s court house, your farm house, ....
Or a funny saying, I stayed at DJ's farm house and all I got was this lousy T-shirt.

Chap stick with wrapped with your information. Another thing I like to get is an eye glass cleaning cloth , those can be imprinted. Some cone with a little spray bottle of product to use along with the cloth. Chip clip is fine too. Post-it notes are good. How about a local road map (free) and a sticker with your contact information. These are the things I keep from vendors at trade shows --172.59.xxx.xx |

How 'bout a keychain with your website, email, & or phone number on it? Or a rubber coin purse. Both are used enough to be reminded of their stay. --75.11.xx.xx |

I know one guy who picks the most popular local sports team, and puts his biz info on their season's schedule in fridge magnet form (and somwtimes on a plastic cup). I don't know if there are restrictions on piggybacking on pro sports teams' info, but it's a popular strategy. You renew it each season, so it's not a one-and-done. There are marketing companies who specialize in that product, so I figure they have the legal end worked out.
One local title company gives out mugs with their logo with each closing. I haven't used that one in quite a while, but their mugs are still in my cupboard.

The down side for T shirts is that you would have to keep a full range of sizes in stock. That's a lot of T shirts that you might or might no ever give out.
A coffee cup with a picture of a local attraction is the most likely to get used and the most likely to be seen by other people --76.178.xxx.xxx |

Couple of my realtors bought 12 ounce glasses and had their info sand blasted (?) onto the glass.
Normally I wouldn't keep them as it's not a full set. I didn't buy/sell enough houses while they were doing it I guess.
But every time I pull one of those glasses out I think of them. --107.147.xx.xx |
