Build Real Estate Wealth by Joel Miller 2024

It is not to often where I can ask, where was this book 25 or even 35 years ago? It is a map on all the different considerations you need to make while creating your real estate empire. Weather it is the pros and cons of what business format best suits your needs (which will change as you progress through your real estate journey) or the best investment vessel while you travel through the various real estate cycles.

The game would be so much easier if it was a one size fits all objectives. Real estate doesn't act that way. This book allows you to analyze your risk level to determine a path. Joel references hundreds of various national and international speakers many of which I have learned from directly like AD Kessler. Where Joel doesn't believe so much in market timing, he will push for more time in the market. This tool works effectively in his slow growth Erie Pa hub.

On a personal note, Joel and I both served on the board for the largest apartment association in our state. Joel was President as I was standing up an Education Director position. It is awesome to see how he has implemented leadership skills to assist so many people in our region first hand. Now I am seeing him trying to make a national impact.

I would strongly recommend this book to others as you can read it many times and get something new out of it each time
