I have a neighbor from hell, he been vandalizing my property for years, has a lock pick and knows how to use it, has vandalized 2 cars in my garage have stole things from my garage, etc. etc. I need a good attorney, please help, I can't take it anymore.

My first thoughts:

1. Do you have police reports of when you reported all of these incidents? Your lawyer will want to see them.

2. Why don't you have cameras?

A lawyer is not going to police your property. Have to file police report after each incident and don't tell the police anything other than what just happened suddenly. --172.59.xxx.xxx

Sounds like you do not have enough cameras. Maybe some lights outside will help as well?

We put out Halloween decorations, lots of them. My house already has outside lighting all around. I also had cameras at all access points.

With the new decorations I added three more cameras.

My place was hit twice before we moved in. Now I can see them coming, but nobody has chanced it since. --107.147.xx.xx
