If you are looking for some interesting videos on youtube
check out RehabValuator. He's out of richmond and has some interesting videos. Gives his costs to build duplexes. Very hands on, hard numbers kind of guy.
I'm trying to think outside my little box. Hope this helps ya'll.

Started watching it. Have to go do some stuff but will come back to it for sure.
Interesting how he prefers top/bottom dupes rather than side by side. I am just the opposite because of noise. Same square footage so that is a wash.
He did mention less hassle for HVAC since he only has one for top and one for bottom. I would think better layout would make that work as well.
Anyhow thanks for the share. I am interested in this very topic as I have some vacant property that I have been considering putting a dupe on. --107.147.xx.xx |
