I have two I'll sell for half that price! It's a double wide. When you sell them they are mobile homes! Not trailers! And what a bad floor plan... The bedrooms on the right side have to walk to the other side of the home for bath room. Bad floor plan. --172.59.xxx.xx

I can't think of a price I would even offer on this place. As late as 2019, maybe $50k. But now?

And as I've mentioned we are seeing a slew of AirBnBs come on the market as LTRs. We are competing with much nicer homes than we can (or would) offer to tenants. I'll wait a few years until THOSE houses come back on the market trashed and for sale. --173.28.xx.xxx
