Popped up on my FB this morning birthday of one of our landlord friends that passed this year. Miss seeing him post and realize as I get older each day, all of this will be somebody else's soon.

Not only was he a landlord but he was also a farmer. Had over 100 acres down in Trumbell County Ohio.

He helped me out as I was looking to buy a T-Mobile Storefront over on the East side. What did I see - I saw a minor baseball field near by. He saw the signs of crime and homelessness. That is some insight. He is missed. --24.101.xxx.xxx
