So I had an inquirer about my hard-to-fill vacancy via FB messenger. Looked at the "buyer" profile. Absolute disaster! Looked like a hoarder's paradise with a built in indoor zoo! They had so many animals wandering around, the place was in a shambles. I'm sure if I were their current landlord, I'd probably pay them to leave it was so bad! They were actually PROUD of these film clips!

My kids say that FB is for old people now. I only use it to stalk deadbeats and potential tenants.

Guess I need to get an account with some of the other social media outlets.
