I think LTD’s post is a perfect example of why over the past few years I have been saying to screen a tenants politics. I don’t care if somebody’s gay. Well, I do, but not when it comes to living in one of my units. As long as you’re quiet and pay the rent and keep it clean, I do not care. What I do care about though is if you’re militant about it. If your entire existence, hinges on people approving what banner you’re under or what flag you fly, I consider you a risk. LTD was very fast to threaten legal action against people who disagree with her. Him, whatever. That same energy runs through the same type of people. A Landlord needs to be concerned with that. Here’s why: If you let the militant type into your units, you have a higher potential of doxxing you, if you don’t know what that is, look it up.
