Biggest issue: Tenants took down the curtains that were in place in the Great Room - that were installed by a previous tenant of long ago - and didn't rehang them. Did leave them in a box in the garage. But it's a blessing in disguise as they were the UGLIEST curtains, true 1950's old-lady flowers but expensive so DH didn't want to change them out a few tenants ago. However, RE-hanging them now seems silly.
Because we can buy cheap, but quality, neutral grey blackout curtains on Amazon that look great, last forever, easily washed, etc. so those are going in this place, finally.
Otherwise, there's some trim to be replaced after an HVAC upgrade - not the tenant's doing.
Old tenants out yesterday. New tenants in on the first. We have so much time (2 days!) but nothing much needs doing... --198.54.xxx.xxx |

I used to find scotch tape on the ceilings and around windows. Sometimes didn't see it till I attempted to paint over it. Don't seem to have that type of tenant anymore.
