Hi
I am seeking advice to see if any of you have evicted someone, but they purchased a unit from PODS to be delivered and possibly put on my property prior to the eviction and not in the street? How would you handle this if it is on your property?
As a side note: difficult tenant. I filed to terminate tenancy /end of lease in April. The tenant has filed a few motions to delay the case and my attorney was successful in completing the case and getting a writ.
Thanks for any tips.

Call them and give them a deadline for removal or tell them you’ll scrap it. --24.152.xxx.xx |

It should be in the driveway, not the lawn.
Are they moving their stuff into it? Good! They are leaving. --68.229.xxx.xxx |

DJ- yes they keep saying they are moving. But, they haven’t. I just want my property back The court officer schedule the eviction for Monday 7/8 at noon. So I guess the tenant can pack their stuff into their pod from the street. The tenant has asked for more time, but really, this has been going on for 100 days. Just wondered if anyone has dealt with this before. --73.18.xxx.xxx |

Sorry, I misunderstood. Thought they left the pod there after moving. The eviction isn’t over yet, so youre kind of stuck. --24.152.xxx.xx |

Don't think you have to start worrying until Monday afternoon... The pod folks will pick it up. --172.59.xxx.xxx |

Just another line item for the damages hearing if in the yard.
You have waited for 100 days. Just keep thinking that after noon tomorrow it will get easier by the day. --107.147.xx.xx |

we have all been through it at one time or another. it will be over soon. If the sheriff will be there monday at noon it will end then, dont argue with them just do what the sheriff says to do. --74.77.xx.xx |

The pod would need to be removed to complete the eviction.
I would call PODS and alert them based on the court order their pod will become MY property to dispose if it is still on my prop as of noon.
Surely they've seen this circumstance many times.

If you do get legal possession of the POD I would be interested in buying it from you, depending on how far up you are in MI. --107.147.xx.xx |
