Since the convention: I used some advertising tips, checked the toilet seats were down in the pics, and posted away. I've got a sweet spot I like for residents. In the past, without targeting the sweet spot, the sweet spot came.

It's been two years since an opening so I have been terrified to try. I posted on apartments.com; a few requests for an application are within that sweet spot! Apartments.com did a fantastic job describing the area in Milwaukee where the property is located than I ever could.

Then I used AI to make this post sound better.

I did use AI to help with the post, but not my marketing. I used the same ad as two years ago to see if I would get the same results. The ad two years ago attracted my "sweet spot" renters. I like the 26-32 professionals. So far the ad has attracted the same ages and professionals. Two credit scores could be better...

I had considered advertising with a date to be determined, but I keep having to push the date back and I was afraid I would spend too much time telling people 'not yet'.
