The freedom of not being tied down to a W2 job is absolutely wonderful. I get to decide every day what I want to do or if I even want to do anything that day. It is wonderful.

Some people think it's silly but even just the TALE of the chair + yell must have affected you positively.

We went the other direction. I have the freedom of no W2 but most of our places are mortgaged. Could be making more per month per unit, but would have significantly less doors and probably less cashflow.
It is a goal tho.
