Rentlinx is no longer an option for advertising. I tried using Avail. What a disaster. I had to give them a copy of my ID and a “ selfie” to prove it is my ID. Property is in an LLC, not my name. Now I still can’t list any properties because they want a copy of either a deed , mortgage statement or tax bill in my name. There is no mortgage and property is in an LLC so nothing is in my name. They want my ss# but that doesn’t make sense because same predicament as using my ID. So frustrating. Of course I can’t talk to a human and the virtual assistant keeps sending me to the help page and closing the support ticket.

It's probably nice for the tenants that they are working to keep the scams out. But it sounds like it is not the place for you.
Keep an eye on it. If they can get a reputation with the tenants as a place where there are no scam ads, then it becomes more attractive to advertise there and perhaps worth a bit more hassle. --76.178.xxx.xxx |
