For those of us that use pre-showing questionnaires, share your data. What day and time range tends to yield the most number of entries?
For me, my most popular range is Thursday morning between 8-10 am, which would lead me to believe that listing a property at this time would yield better results. What does your data say? --172.56.xxx.xx |

I've got that data but not the willpower to sort it out. I will say time of day doesn't seem to matter, they come in dribs and drabs. I list so far out from availability I'm not sure day matters either.
I just listed one yesterday or maybe the day before but it's not even really LISTED yet, I just told my FB Housing group I would have one coming July 1st. It's not even up on CL yet as I haven't even received official notice myself yet and we are still 85 days before end of lease. I just noticed the tenant was looking (he had already asked me if I had anything in the area he needs - he is living really far from work right now - really far.)

Dodge, I use chatGPT for things like this. I just copy/paste the data and tell it in plain English what I’d like for it to analyze. It does a good job writing property listings for me as well. --172.58.xxx.xx |
