One squatter demanded I answer around 150 questions before trial, with a rush on things. For 1 year they had the time to ask away anything they liked, but waited until the last minute. So I told my attorney I am too busy completing City Housing Mandated repairs on a dozen units occupied by non-paying tenants. If I don't complete those repairs on time, I will be fined $250-$500 per unit. My attorney advised I have to answer the questions immediately, and either "yes", "no" or a short answer.

One of the questions was, "When was the last time I had SEX or inappropriate relations with someone in that unit? Date, Time and name of Person(s)? So I took a look back over the 30 some years I owned that building and had the perfect answer. A) Mary Tyler Moore, and B) Haley Berry. These were names given to two cats that lived there. An old tenant was a cat lover and owned over 40 cats during his tenancy. Upon the death of any cat, he had it cremated and boxed it in a cat coffin. Never gotten the chance to bury them. Upon my tenants passing, I promised to keep or bury the cat coffins in a final resting place.

So I was ordered to court for punishment, for not giving the questions a serious thought. I told the Judge you know that Mary passed some time ago, but I brought to court her cremated remains and Hally Barry's too. Judge said but Hally is still alive. I told the judge, not the HB that lived in my units.

They I gave this judge hell. This a-hole squatter has taken me to court 5 times and hasn't paid rent in over 1 year -- rent never paid to me the owner, but some piece meal rent to my main tenant, on person on a long term lease. And this squatter has had all fee's waived, 3 free legal aid attorneys and they are trying to black mail me to pay $40,000 in relocation funds. Judge said so what?

Did you just say you had sex with two cats in that unit?! Ha! LOL

Well, someone can read! Being Sent some 20 phantom email responses to this post is a knowing. I was going to take a two block walk to the current President of the AOA's house, who provides Credit Reports for Mr. Landlord and advise him, Jeff, that something is wrong with the computer server...

Then those responsible for pranking me would stop or the Credit Check Service would stop until the hacker was found!

Why would anyone take the time to mess with him? I can't stand to read his posts, I sure don't care enough to mess with him.
