This guy passed application screening and had rented there (for years). He was well known and liked in the community, with 100+ videos on YT with his happy car buying customers. Neighbors said he was friendly - a must for a car salesman. Search YT: Chad McGraw Infiniti of Beachwood. Would you rent to this man? Seems nice enough, good income...
Notice how incredibly dangerous he became.

I watched both videos. He apparently wasn't too successful as a salesman judging from the eviction and how he was living. Those failures probably just snowballed with the eviction and he snapped. You never know how people are processing and their circumstances. A thought…what if he had taken his anger to the LL’s house instead of waiting for the eviction people to come to his house?
The police had been told he had explosives, perhaps grenades.

6x6, there’s not really one specific example. I guess when I started around 24/25 years old I had a general hope for humanity. Screening 1,000’s of applicants and everyday landlording put an end to that. --24.152.xxx.xx |

Tenants get into drugs and go bad. Had some tenants start out as responsible people and after a few years got heavily into marijuana and wax. Became mentally unstable and threatening and staging an "accident" to set up a lawsuit during the eviction for nonpayment. Luckily a neighbor caught the "accident" on video and forwarded to me. --174.68.xx.xx |
