For everyone!. A LL commented to the local LL group that he no longer charges for "non-refundable pet fees" b/c Tish James doesn't like it/views it as a way to skirt her "one month's rent in sec dep only" law and will penalize the LL 4 to 5 times that amount.

Frankly this sounds more "downstate" than upstate but who knows nowadays? --64.246.xxx.xxx

Tish James isn't exactly a little person these days, but oh well.

I've found that allowing ONE pet without charge, subject to my total approval, at maximum rent, and maximum SD, has completely negated any mention of ESAs. --173.28.xx.xxx
