State Specific Question About: CALIFORNIA (CA)
Does anyone have any recommendations for insurance for rentals in CA. Apparently State Farm wont be renewing our 4 plex insurance, despite the fact that there are no trees around and it is across the street from the fire house. --47.28.xx.xxx |

Look into Chubb and Erie Indemnity. I saw this in an article about insurance companies. --169.150.xxx.xx |

if your property is paid off, worst case scenario is to go without until you can find another insurance company --174.68.xx.xx |

I use state farm exclusively.
Not happy with the quality of service of late. The prices I pay are way out there as well.
Still have not taken the time to have a sit down with a school mate that is an insurance broker. --107.147.xx.xx |
