I have used Cambridge Trust, a small local (now regional) bank that holds mortgages in house for my personal and commercial mortgages. I can’t find my information from the last 2 people that have spoken at my local landlord meeting so it’s been too many years to be current. Try NHREIA’s website for someone to contact. They are a group with monthly meetings in Manchester I believe that probably have members in that space or recommendations. If your cousin needs real estate attorneys or title companies around Portsmouth, NH, I can find a few names. --73.159.xxx.xx |

Hi,
A quick question: Do you currently have buyers wanting to get a home, who have not been able to get it through traditional financing?
