I met with a fellow real estate investor today for lunch. It is really nice having a meeting scheduled at noon, and when you show up at 11:50, they are actually already there.

How often does that ever occur when dealing with a tenant?

The ones who are early for a showing usually end up being qualified applicants & good tenants, in my experience.
