Don't answer any questions, make them fill out your questionnaire first. Don't answer any calls. Questionnaire gets filled out first. PERIOD.

Last I researched, Mass has 15! protected classes.

We don't talk to anyone until they have submitted a paid application. Even then it's only by carefully worded text so we have a written record of all communication.

True they can sue you over what you SAID, so keepa you moutha shut.

Indy office is advertising to hire testers $50-200 each test. That's a big motivation to trip up a LL>

The reality is that the number of housing units is going down while the population has gone up. Therefore those who have been in eviction merry go round are out of the private housing market where here it is the Community housing previously called the housing authority where no credit check is done. All adults must fill out rental applications where must provide three pieces of photocopied identity or a valid social insurance number. No identity then a alias no way. Utilities must be in tenants name before moving in. At the best of times the vacancy rate is one per cent in most urban areas where there is less turn over of rental units. All applicants are treated the same where will follow human rights not housing is a right. One applicant told me that there no right to run credit checks where the score was in low four hundreds along with a unstable tenancy where one place told me he had a drinking problem. The one letter change in surname where if comes back no identity then will keep looking. --207.236.xxx.xxx

One of my latest applicants to view ...looked up in public records. Has spent the last 4 years in litigation on a contract to own property that he stopped paying on. Not even getting a response unless necessary. --64.184.xx.xx
