I am buying a house for the grand sum of paying off 3 judgments with a total owed of $7100, he didnt want to be bothered making the calls for payoffs so he gave me his info, date of birth,social,address etc.I will make the calls and try to get a reduced payoff,we will see if i am any good at this.This is fun to me --74.77.xx.xx |

unb- sellers rather change there mind on me,buyers are the problem.
zero- thanks these deals are not on the MLS,i advertise quite a bit and these have to be created but this is what i like to do.BRAD- my goal is $4000

Ken i was thinking you have 3 judgements-- are they with different entities? If the same company NOT a problem.
We use to do this when we first started out but when we started getting many property's to own and manage we didn't have time. Work 3 weeks to put a closing together and one A h le change there mind or hold out for more compensation at closing.
We then went to foreclosures only with a bid system of 7 days that offers can be tendered. Offer accepted was never re-negotiated-- ever.

unb- i never have problems with sellers,i primarily deal with people who are desperate,these people admitted they thought i was there last hope
6x6 come visit in the summer kind of cold now i will show you around i deal in counties nothing like nyc we have amish in one of the counties here think more like rural indiana we are closer to that than nyc
