Not only is the cycle of getting evicted for rent arrears along with completely trashing out rental home or rental unit. If the owe utility bills along with other bills then the eviction cycle is going to continue where would not even consider more chances. Those on social assistance are completely disconnected from reality where they understand how hard people have to work to maintain a rental home or rental complex. Here the Community (rental authority) is housing as a last resort where once evicted then out for life. They start off lying where once in it is another Cinderella story. Even have wait a month or two better off then the drama along with possibility of having a trashed out rental home or rental unit. Had man come around to rental building where he told he and girlfriend where looking for a rental apartment where gave him two rental applications where he holed up in mothers basement where he called a few months later where was still holed up there.
