Can anyone show me what tenant screening feedback looks like from Zillow? Not what they portray on their website. But what the landlord receives. Emails, announcements, etc.... I am working on a lawsuit against Zillow right now. Thank you.

Post your house for rent (they verify ownership) and you will receive Zillow apps.

My complaint is they are incomplete AND the applicant can easily lie. The app only includes one person, not the usual couple.

For what it’s worth we only accept our own company’s app.

What's the hourly rate we get paid for discussing?

When I call my attorney, they start the clock ticking and I get billed at $300 per hour, prorate by the minute, with a minimum of a 10 minute charge even if all I ask for is an update on how our case is going.

I consider myself an expert witness, and my time is valuable. In fact, I'd normally bill $50 for this response, but we'll call this the "free initial consultation."
