My name and phone number is plastered all of the internet anyway. I am a consumer attorney. If anyone has information about their experiences with Zillow's tenant screening I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss. I suggest you work with a LL already represented by your office so that LL does not fear being investigated.

I use a meta crawler - one webpage that feeds multiple others. I can tell you that when you tell the initial page to stop advertising, it takes a few days for them to stop marketing.

If someone says I am not screening them while the place is being marketed, it could indeed be true. But that wouldn't that someone is necessarily mean the Landlord wants the place marketed.
