So, what did you end up doing?

Please, do tell.

Gevans told us what vehicle he ended up with.

I remember a kitchen torn up due to a leak in the wall. Did you end up giving the tenants anything?

6x6 - did you get the house sold? The one with the unique metal ceilings

And many others who asked for advice - how did your situations work out?

My chain link fence turned out to be really old & poles rusted off at ground level - so no re-using poles. I am re-using the chain link fabric and rails.

Instead of a live ivy fence, I'm using privacy fabric - and will add plants along the fence, as time goes on. I just couldn't find anything evergreen, perennial, and non-toxic that would climb the fence & create that "green wall" I had envisioned.

So, inquiring minds want to know......

Our electric range (that would work sometimes, others not) needed a new cord. So far so good. What tenant advised wasn't entirely correct, light on indicator was working even when burners/element wasn't, so that told him it was getting 110. Had to see for himself. --216.126.xx.xxx
