I love the idea.

There are some companies out there that do this I believe.

Adds a layer between me and the tenant and their care of the property. No thanks. I've increased my SD to state maximum and have no trouble getting, and end up giving 99% of it back. So the Tenant has a ready-made savings account. --50.82.xxx.xxx
