You never know what you are getting into when you buy in some training.
Where I might have done property management for multiple decades, I am not really a techie. Alisha just sent out a five page report of technology apps that she uses for short term rental business. Of over 100 different apps, I have only heard of seven. Of those, I have used only five of them.
I like being challenged. I am thinking I will be - and I like that

She gave a list of things you need in setting up short term stays but I wish she included links to the products she uses. That would have really been the time saver. She said she gets most of her stuff via Amazon, dollar tree, and one other place that I forgot.
I started looking at just white sheets and the choices are overwhelming.

Hey Laura (MD) - I am sorry I missed you. I try to keep it on a even keel and I try to help anyone who needs it as a way to pay it back for all the help everyone here has given me. Give a call three three six five zero five eight five three eight
Now I got side tracked on mattresses. Seems like the recommendation is medium firmness, memory foam for side sleepers and hybrid foam and coils for back sleepers and heavy people. So basically no matter what you choose, someone won't like it? I've never really thought about mattresses. I just would go to the store pick one and sleep on it. Amazon has hundreds of choices that get good reviews.
This is really more complex that I initially thought. In the AirBnb world you only get 1 chance to make a good impression. --71.69.xx.xx |
