So thanks to you all and Mr. Landlord, we're getting ready to sign up with Clearnow - but how do you set up weekly payments?
Looks like you can do 1x/month on your choice of 1st, 5th, 15th or 25th, or 2x/month on 3rd and 17th, or every-other Tuesday, and that there is also a custom option.
So is weekly every-other-Tuesday + custom 2nd Tues + custom 4th Tues? Or ??
Their customer service email response was "We do not have a weekly debit. You have our debit days correct as monthly (on the 1st, 5th, 15th, and 25th), semimonthly (on the 3rd and 17th), and biweekly (every other Tuesday). Please let us know if you have any questions." --104.255.xx.xxx |

It's true. They just don't offer every option you might want.
You'll have to find another way to collect the rent if you do it weekly.

Simplify, it was great to meet you at this year's Convention. If you do decide to try Clearnow, since they are a sponsor of this website, when you mention you heard about them through MrLandlord.com, you can try their services completely free for up to three months.
Robin, many of those who use the service, simply pass on the nominal fees to the residents or slightly increase the rent. Many residents like that they can build up their credit score by having the monthly payments reported to the credit bureaus. --172.59.xxx.xx |

We did just sign up with ClearNow through the Mr. Landlord link. I'll check to make sure we're on the 3 month promo =)
We enrolled our company Thursday, ClearNow confirmed our account info in just a couple of hours. Our first new tenant for every-other-week payments enrolled Thursday night and we entered all the account info on them Friday morning.
So before the new tenant moved in we had ClearNow completely set up, received a full month's security deposit, and pro-rata cash rent for now-until-first-ClearNow auto-deduct - score! --104.255.xx.xxx |
