I have a pole barn with a concrete floor. I have a stuff along the entire perimeter on the floors and on shelves. Perimeter is 200 feet, moving items is not an option. I need to clean the floor. I was going to pressure wash it but covering everything would be very time consuming. I could rent a floor cleaner?
Other ideas?

google 'pressure washer surface cleaner'. This would prevent the pressure washer spray from going everywhere - you may still need a helper to squeegee the water out the door depending on your grade. They're around $70 at harbor freight or amazon. Once you use it, you'll find lots of other uses for it - driveways, sidewalks, rentals, etc. --108.201.xx.xx |

We just painted a cement floor and to wash the floor before painting we used the power washer and a wet vac to suck up the water.

Why would you clean the floor without moving the stuff? Isn't it time to part with some of it? Just put down a rubber matt to Walk on, cover up the dirty floors. I like Mike TX bucket and mop. However I'm not sure why cleaning is even a bother. --172.59.xxx.xx |

Perimeter is over 200 feet with (6) six 1 foot deep shelf everywhere. Literally 1/4 mile of shelving to clear, with fragile and heavy items, it would take 2 people a day of hard labor, and weather must cooperate, move outside, clean move in. Moving stuff would take 10x what cleaning would.
Picture walls lined with shelves 6 high (every 18"), plus the floor.
It is MY barn and our wedding is in there, my fiancee' wants floor clean enough not to ruin her dress.
Not opposed to mop and bucket and it might come to that but I wanted to ask, the pressure washer adaptor mentioned I did not know about and is along the lines of what I was hoping to learn about. I also think the floor cleaners you see at night on grocery stores might work.
Moping a concrete floor that has not been cleaned in 20 years will not get it clean enough for a wedding dress without doing it many times or going crazy. this is around 1000 SF, big area. A few grease stains. Oil, Unknown stuff. I have kitty liter on certain areas now. --74.81.xxx.xx |

For your bride. And your wedding. Get two guys and get busy. mostly it needs a good cleaning out and sort thru the stuff, part with some, sell some, and don't move it all back! This is a new beginning. Ever bride wants to keep their dress clean. I'm the end none of this matters except she is happy. Start off with a happy bride... I think we are going to scrub it by hand, but I am considering the special pres washer attachment.
