I don't know anything about the company and have not dealt with them personally, but I do see their signs around my area of northeast OH. My observation is that IMO they tend to overpay for the house and do some very minor upgrades and put it on the market. I've seen their houses for re-sale languish on the market, sometimes for months at a time, because they overpay initially, then try to make a profit on the flip. Opendoor bought one of my properties last year - I did a 1031 into another property. I was mildly impressed and when it comes to real estate people, I'm not easily impressed. I was a little high on my asking price based on comps, but they met my price. They had no problem with the 1031 documents. --108.201.xx.xx |
