I come across boxable which conveniently has an investor portal (invest.boxabl.com).
Seems applicable box as a housing solution and a place to put some green backs.
Does this look like the next place to go bust or boom?

Bust.
Here's my thoughts:
1. Even if the product works:
a. NIMBY"S
b. Would require local building and zoning OK, which is
doubtful. They want large, expensive places that
generate a lot of property tax revenue.
c. The "overcrowding" people that don't want extra people
in their neighborhood.Too many extra cars, no parking,
etc.
d. And more.
This might have a chance of working in other countries, especially third world countries where this kind of opposition is not so prevalent. I think chances of it in this country are low UNLESS politicians and their friends can get really rich off it. --172.58.xxx.xxx |

This is Elon Musk's venture.
The videos are cool.
Convenient, quick, but pricey for the midwest, probably cheap on east and west coast markets.
Like a mobile home you still need zoning, survey, foundation, utilities to the foundation...
I like the idea and hope it gets refined.
