What do you think about a dark brown deck? Lodge brown, to hot in the sun to walk on?

Different brands hold different heat. Had a lady who took classes on it tell me that a few years back.
Now I forget which was which. Same as which is slicker when wet. I'm an old school wood guy for decking tho.
My roofer, who came from hotter states than mine told me not to worry about the color of the roof around here. Doesn't make as much of a difference as it does in maybe Texas.

Dark brown is best. Its what we use. Use a good product not just the cheapest on the shelf. We use a solid stain if it hasn't already been painted. It hides the dirt the best and is super easy to touch up if needed --73.135.xx.xxx |
