This Monday morning I started creating a list of all the real estate oriented tasks that I was doing with the time spent on that task. I wanted to see what items on my list were the greatest time suckers and what items I could look at either pondering off or automating.

For most of the convention there was a young 27 year old motived attendee who was cruising along with his life. I couldn't help but think back that I was that young man. I too was cruising along, and something happened - just one day, I got older ........now I am late 50's. It just seems like a blink of the eye that I was thrilled about that first multi-family.

Life is indeed short.

So was this just a one time flash at the convention - nope. Gentleman that was next to me at lunch mentioned that he too did the Lifeaire training. Couple that with Mary Hart, Rev Standfield, and Lee Philips and the point was hammered home. When that final day happens, St Peter probably isn't going to ask me "How many doors you have".

Perhaps it was just me, but it seemed like there was even more meat in this convention than others.

The best thing I learned at the convention was what room Brad was staying in.
