Anyone have experience with FREE calendar apps that will let a prospective tenant book an appointment?

Looking at Calendly, Zoho Bookings, Setmore, Appointy, Picktime, and simplybook.me

I do NOT schedule private showings for every tenant for several reasons. 1. I find private showings waste a lot of my time. e2. Too many no-shows. They either contact me 2 minutes before or some time afterwards asking for another showing. 3. It makes the LL look desperate. 4. It kinda puts the applicant in charge dictating my schedule... and they're not even my tenant yet. 5. It makes them think I'll be willing to cater to their whims at the drop of a hat, and damages what I consider to be an appropriate LL/tenant relationship. I don't like to give tenants, much less applicants the idea that I'm going to accommodate their every whim at any stage of the rental game. I do my best to be professional, courteous, reasonable, responsible and fair with a tenant, but I don't ever give them the idea that they're in the drivers seat (which is also why I don't do leases). 6. It infers that I have the place rent-ready when often, I want to show the place prior to having it fully completed. --108.201.xx.xx

Well my plan is to use a prescreening form and only give the link to those that qualify. So I am screening for cooperation and making sure that people who don't qualify don't waste my time with phone calls and emails.

The plan is to allow only a few choices in appointments and even then it will be multiple people at the showing. --71.69.xx.xx

We use Calendly for the in-home visit.

Showings we are still setting up individually, we could improve that process =) --104.255.xx.xxx

So for those on the fence. Calendly was easy to set up and make work in less than 30 minutes. Sent a link to my wife and she booked an appointment with me. SCORE!

There are several youtube videos to help set it up if you are having issues.

Thanks to the convention I am IMPLIMENTING! --71.69.xx.xx
